The annual membership dues are a primary financial resource that supports Minnesota Wisconsin Collie Rescue's work on behalf of the Collies. Persons who are eighteen (18) years or older and who support, in good faith, the organization and its programs, may apply to become a member. Membership is required for MWCR's foster homes so that they are covered by our liability insurance.
To apply for membership in MWCR please fill in the form below and read and accept the membership agreement. Dues are $30 per person. After August 1, dues are $15 per person. Payment of full dues ($30) after December 1 will be applied to the following year. The membership year runs from January 1 through December 31 of each year.
Please note that there is an approval process after submitting the application. After the application is approved you will receive an email with confirmation.
