Andy has become a beloved member of his forever family in the month since he was adopted. He loves to run around the yard and to play with all of his toys. As his owner says, "Andy runs hard, plays hard, chews hard, and then he naps hard." He also loves to cuddle, showering his family with kisses. At bedtime, Andy puts his front paws on the bed and waits for one of his family members to give hm a boost. He has recovered fully from a cyst on his foot. He eats well, enjoying a dollop of yogurt on his food, and now weighs 40 lbs.
Andy is teaching his new family to be more careful around the house. When his owner laid his glasses on a chair at nose level, Andy couldn't resist tasting them. He removed both lenses and chewed the frames to pieces. Once Andy pulled a steak off the counter and had a feast, so his family quickly learned to limit what's within Andy's reach. Despite these transgressions, Andy is his new owners' pride and joy, enjoying every minute of his new life. |
