New to Rescue!
Hobbs is a sweet, gentle, tri-colored boy who is having a hard time understanding why, after ten years, his family stopped having time for him. That was the reason they gave when they dropped him off at a Wisconsin animal shelter. The shelter people contacted MWCR, and Hobbs was taken to a loving, foster home.
Hobbs' foster mom describes him as "good as gold." He is fully house trained and very well mannered. He is easy going and gets along beautifully with everyone: people, dogs, even the cat. He has been fully vetted, including a dental exam and cleaning, and has been proclaimed to be a healthy, senior gentleman.
Hobbs is very undemanding: a rawhide chew, an easy paced walk and above all, a family to love him. He is hoping that there is someone out there who does have time for him - someone looking for a beautiful, senior, collie companion with lots of love to give. Maybe someone like you!
Hobbs is being fostered in Deforest, Wisconsin.
