Caesar is a sable and white, medium sized collie boy. He is nearly seven years old, though he has the energy of a younger dog. Caesar loves going on walks and is well-behaved on a leash. He is very playful and gets along with other dogs and cats. He has collie friendliness and is smart and a fast learner. He responds to commands to come, sit, shake, upstairs, outside, and get down (he is tempted to counter-surf if tempting items are left within reach). He may have some skin allergies so frequent baths will help keep his skin clear and healthy. Caesar is completely housebroken and is a great companion. He is currently being fostered in the Minneapolis area.
